Items purchased on betterplaceofficial.com are processed Monday through Friday from 8AM to 2PM CST and will ship 1 to 3 business days from when the order was placed. Weekend orders will be processed and shipped the following business day. All U.S. domestic orders are shipped via USPS and international orders via UPS.

Items purchased at betterplaceofficial.com are eligible for returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us at support@betterplaceofficial.com within 14 days of receiving your item to make a return or exchange. Please provide your tracking number and order number in the email.
For Returns: Once we receive your email, we will send you a shipping label for you to send your item back. After receiving and approving the returned item, we will issue a refund back to the original form of payment. Please read note below for return and exchange eligibility.
For Exchanges: Once we receive your email, simply place a separate order for the new item. After we've confirmed the new order we will follow the Return process and send you a shipping label to return your old item. After receiving and approving the returned item, we will issue a refund back to the original form of payment. Please read note below for return and exchange eligibility.
We strongly recommend that all returns are sent using tracked delivery, as we are not liable for lost or damaged items during transit. Once we've received and approved the returned item, we will ship your exchanged item or issue a refund.
Note: Exchanges are processed upon receival of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability at that time. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. In the event that the product is out of stock at the time of return, we will ship your item back to you.
