SHIPPING

Items purchased on betterplaceofficial.com are processed Monday through Friday from 8AM to 2PM CST and will ship 1 to 3 business days from when the order was placed. Weekend orders will be processed and shipped the following business day. All orders are shipped via USPS to domestic and international locations.

Note: betterplace is not responsible for any customs or import charges on orders outside of the US.

International (Worldwide):
First Class Package: 12 to 20 Business Days, times will vary depending on your country.

Priority Mail Express: 3 to 5 Business Days, times will vary depending on your country.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased at betterplaceofficial.com are eligible for returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

• An error on our end where we have sent out an incorrect item (wrong color, size, etc.). Please contact us at support@betterplaceofficial.com within 14 business days of receiving your item to make an exchange. Once we receive your email, we will send you a shipping label for you to send your item back. Once we've received and approved the returned item, we will ship your exchanged item free of charge within one week.

• An error on customer's end where an incorrect item was ordered and needs an exchange. Please contact us at support@betterplaceofficial.com for further instructions. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return costs of any item bought with us. We strongly recommend that all returns are sent using tracked delivery, as we are not liable for lost or damaged items during transit. Once we've received and approved the returned item, we will ship your exchanged item free of charge within one week.

Note: Exchanges are processed upon receival of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability at that time. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. In the event that the product is out of stock at the time of return, we will ship your item back to you. 

Additional Note: All items must be in their unused original condition to be eligible for exchange. betterplace reserves the right to determine sellable condition and the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet our standards for exchange. You have the responsibility to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.
